New Functions and Features
- The new Upscaler (SeedVR2) function has been updated to support the new nodes in the suite (dubbed “SeedVR2.5”).
- The Image (Re/In)Painters pipeline now features a second Image RePainter (I2I) function, based on the Qwen Image Edit 2509 model and a number of exceptional LoRAs (including the MultipleAngle LoRA):
The Image Enhancement section has been slightly redesigned to accommodate the change.
- The InPainter function now uses a new inpainting engine based on the new LanPaint technology.
By default, this function has been configured to use FLUX.1 Dev as the underlying model, but it can be reconfigured to use Qwen Image, Stable Diffusion XL, or any other supported image-generation model.
- Both the Image Spec and Video Spec functions now utilize a new, advanced node to let you choose the target format or resolution for image and video generation.
- The Prompt for RePainter (I2V) function has been expanded to include a new, specialized node that automatically composes an optimized prompt for the Multiple Angles LoRA for Qwen Image Edit.
- The Image Chooser function works again, thanks to a new node that supports both input images and input SEGS.
- The Control Panel section has been redesigned. The Prompts section, the Front End section, and the Audio Generation section have been moved to new locations.
The driver behind this change is the idea that, for the most part, you’ll never have to leave the left-most area of Open Creative Studio to start any new generation.
Removed Functions and Features
- Both the Face Analyzer and the Aesthetic Score Predictor functions have been removed. They are based on very old algorithms, and the underlying node suites have long been abandoned by their respective authors.
